Privacy information

Privacy and your finder choices

Tire Inflator Scout does not require an account or take orders or payments. The finder asks about product requirements. Do not enter sensitive or personally identifying information.

Using the finder

When you request matches, your selected requirements are sent to this site’s matching service. Your browser can retain the choices in session storage so you can return from a review without answering again. The finder’s clear-choices control resets the saved selection.

Some links prefill the finder with choices in the URL query. These can appear in browser history and server request logs. Avoid sharing a prefilled link if you do not want others to see its selections.

Opening BuyerShortlists

A buying link can carry your selected requirements in a URL fragment, the part after the # symbol. BuyerShortlists reads these choices to display your selection and offer a return link. The choices are not added to its Amazon search link. Removing the fragment from a saved link removes the carried selection.

Website requests

Hosting and security services can process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. This site uses Cloudflare for delivery and security and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Their own privacy information applies to requests sent to those services: Cloudflare and Google.

Other websites

Manufacturer sources, BuyerShortlists and retailers operate separately. Their privacy and cookie notices apply when you visit them. Purchases and payment details are handled by the retailer, not Tire Inflator Scout.
